Single Renovators are designed to aerate, relieve soil compaction and increment water retention, to improve root development, increase forage production, without damaging existing grasses and helping to control brush and weed. This implements can be used with tractors from 70 H.P.
Single Pasture Renovators and Aerators
Soil Compaction
Equipment traffic, cattle traffic and rainfall are the main causes of soil compaction, this compaction makes difficult for roots, to reach nutrients, lead to decrease water infiltration levels and decrease forage production.

A good soil is composed by around 50% of empty spaces - called “pores” - through which the air and the water are being filtered: it’s actually this phenomenon which helps the development and the growth of the plants’ roots. The words “soil compaction” mean a progressive loss of porosity, causing also a reduction of organic substance; so the air and the water struggle to reach the subsurface and the plant is not getting any nutriments
GOOD SOIL             VS.         COMPACT SOIL
Depending on factors such as vegetation coverage, soil type, terrain slope and rainfall intensity, we lose between 10%-80% of water by run off, plus evaporation, percolation, non-forage plants and inefficient grazing.

For every inch of rainfall lost due run-off, we loose 30,000 gallos per acre. Considering that a forage plant needs around 90 gallons to produce 2.2 lb of dry matter, so for every inch lost, we lost the capacity to potentially produce 1540 lbs of additional forage.
Soil Compaction
Our  Pasture Renovators and Aerators, consist of a metal drum with a series of a helicoidally placed blades, that have the ability to shatter the hard pan, offering greater soil penetration, incrementing water infiltration, seedbed preparation and requiring less Horse power, than traditional tools.
-Increase water infiltration and retention
-Make seedbed
-Nutrients get to the roots faster
-Promote root growth
-Allows organic matter to reincorporate into the soil
-Help to control brush and weed
